1Why don't I see prices listed on your website?
Though we'd love for it to be as simple as putting a price tag on a jar of peanut butter, pricing for rides, games and food machines is much more complex. We have to take into account,things like; # of hours, location, number of items being rented, etc…

So please be in touch with us so we can help guide you with our 27 years of experience to make your event a success.

4Where can the inflatables be setup?
The best surface is level ground and on grass. However, any flat surface will work. Concrete, asphalt, parking lots, etc are most common. Let us know what type of surface you have for setup so we can be properly prepared. Please make sure that there are no under ground sprinklers, buried telephone cables, or electrical lines at the perimeter of the bounce site. Let us know at time of booking what type of surface we will be setting up on.
5What kind of power is needed?
Our Inflatables and food machines must be within 100 foot reach of a dedicated 15 amp circuit and two separate outlets for the larger units. Once the bouncer is completely inflated, it takes about as much electricity to run as a fan. If you do not have electricity available we have generators available for an extra charge.
6What happens if it rains or there is a storm?
Traveling Tykes reserves the right to cancel a reservation at no penalty to you if there is a storm with heavy rain or winds over 15 mph. Your safety and the operation of our units is our first concern, However once the unit is delivered there are no refunds due to bad weather.
7Do you supply an attendant?
Prices do not include attendants. The rental is for the equipment only. We will instruct you how to run each piece of equipment safely.
8How long can I rent the equipment?
Our minimum rental period is 2 hours with full-day rental being 5 hours, If your needs are different we will try our best to accommodate you.
9How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
As soon as possible! Our reservations are based on a first come first served basis, So the sooner you contact us the better. However, as long as the equipment is available you can book as late as the day before your event. Sometimes if we are able to we can do same day deliveries.
10What are my responsibilities as the Renter of the bounce house?
As the Renter you must assign a responsible adult (over the age of 16) to supervise the children while the bounce is in use. The assigned adult must know all of the safety rules and ensure that the rules are being enforced. You as the Renter are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of our equipment. There is a rental agreement that must be signed by the renter prior to the start of the event.
